FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Portraits & Day Events are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks. For a local mini session you can expect a 2-3 day turn around time. For a small or grand celebration please expect up to 4 weeks. For weddings please allow a firm 6-8 weeks. This allows time for careful selection, professional editing, and ensuring every image meets highest quality standards. If you need your portraits sooner, expedited delivery may be available upon request. I will offer sneak peeks within the first 48 hours of all sessions.
What areas do you serve?
I proudly serve Stanly County, NC and the surrounding Charlotte, NC areas. I am happy to travel to capture your special moment or event. For sessions outside immediate area/county, a travel fee may apply. Contact for price.
How do I book a session?
Booking is easy! There are several ways. You can simply contact me via form on my website. You can text or call me at 704.231.9649 or email me at coreybtrav@gmail.com. Please allow up to 3 business days for me to get back with you to arrange a coordination consultation to discuss your needs and finalize your booking!
How long does a session last?
The duration depends on the package you have chosen. Most sessions last up to 1 hour. I do offer 15 minute mini sessions for Stanly County residents. I also offer up to 4 hour, 8 hour and full day coverage for small, grand celebrations and weddings. For The Brand Experience package- this unique session typically lasts up to 2 hours.
Can I choose my location of the session?
Absolutely! I am happy to work at a location of your choice, or I can suggest spots that fit your desired aesthetic and photography needs. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of my servicing area.
Do you require a deposit?
I do not require a deposit or retainer fee to book with me for portraits. For any sessions over $500 I do require a 15% deposit to secure booking and this goes towards your total payment which is due a week before your session (6 weeks prior to wedding booking). Also, for any event photography I require a contract I will send to you via email upon booking. All other payments are due the day of your session. However, if you have to consistently reschedule a portrait session I will require a %50 non refundable deposit-this will go towards your full portrait session price that would be due the day of.

Do you offer a print release form?
When you book a photography session with me, I provide a client booking form that features a print release form that grants you permission to print and share your photos as you wish. This ensures that you have the freedom to use your images for personal or business purposes without limitations. Please note, the release does not grant permission for commercial use or resale of the images without prior agreement. If you have any specific questions about the release or usage of your photos, feel free to reach out to me anytime.
